For individuals we can provide Career Counseling, Vocational Rehab, and Personal and Family Systems Counseling. For organizations we can help with team building, goal setting, and executive coaching.

History:
LifeWorks! has been providing counselling and employment services in the Nanaimo region since 1993. Over the years we have worked for a variety of organizations including HRSDC, WCB and Forest Renewal. We continue to provide Vocational Rehab services, personal counseling, and organizational support.

Services:
Lifeworks! provides interest and personality testing, career counseling, and job search advice.

Testing includes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the MBTI step II, the Strong Interest Inventory, and the EQI (Emotional Intelligence Inventory).

LifeWorks! also offers vocational rehabilitation evaluations, and case management for individuals who need vocational rehabilitation. These clients need help identifying barriers to employment given their medical problems.

On a fee for service basis, David Moddle offers therapy using the Bowen Family Systems Theory. He is a Registered Clinical Counselor in BC. David works with adults, and couples who wish to work on personal and family issues in a counseling setting.

David also uses the Bowen approach in providing team building, goal setting and executive coaching to organizations in the business and not for profit world. His experience both as a business person and in the world of non profits means that he brings a wide and knowledgeable background to working with groups.
