LifeWorks! is principally staffed by David Moddle with support from Valerie Little. Where other specialized skills are required, we have arrangements with a variety of professionals in the community who will work in a complementary manner with us. In this way, we can assure clients a full range of services.

DAVID MODDLE
David holds a Masters Degree and brings with him 25 years' experience working with people in transition. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (CARP), and a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP). David is also a registered Clinical Counsellor under the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors. David has worked in the Nanaimo area for the past 12 years and has an excellent working knowledge of other community agencies and resources. Personal, Couple and Family Counselling is available from David Moddle. He has completed training in Gestalt, Pastoral Counselling, and Bowen Family Systems. David is particularly interested in how Bowen theory supports persons in learning how to manage their own thinking in helpful new ways. This system provides a broad theoretical basis for a very effective therapeutic process. He prefers to work towards the idea of being a coach that supports a person's own journey, using Bowen theory to provide support.

VALERIE LITTLE - Administrator
Valerie has worked for LifeWorks! Consulting since 1995. Her present role, as Administrator, involves overseeing all the day-to-day operations of the agency. Valerie is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of BC (HRMABC).
